Document checklist

LMIA employer document checklist

Quick answer

An employer applying for a Labour Market Impact Assessment generally needs to prove the business is legitimate and active, show genuine recruitment efforts that meet the advertising requirements, provide the job offer and wage details at or above the applicable wage, and submit a transition plan where one is required. The requirements differ between the high-wage and low-wage streams.
